the product is fantastic, amazing, a total game changer....so to have the app ruin the experience is that much more disappointing. worked fine for awhile, then out of nowhere I'm roasting like a pig in the middle of the night. all my schedules are gone, and I can't save new ones. some little gremlin now controls the device and randomly runs it when they please at any temperature but the one I want. 2pm on a summer Sunday? 110° why not

Update... 1st I did not see this reply here till now 9/2025. STILL having issues with 1 of 2 Oolers not wanting to connect. This machine/app was great at 1st but more & more bugs with the app/machine. I now have constant trouble connecting to my devices. It randomly does its own thing, it says network issues or can't pair. The app itself is designed ok, just doesn't work well anymore. NEED HELP!

I'll update later if it improves. The device is great. I love getting into a cold bed. The app however is a different story. The schedules flat out don't work. It'll turn off in the morning when I set it to but won't turn on automatically before bed. On the rare chance it does turn on, it doesn't set to the specified temperature. Also, half the time the app can't connect to the device at all, so I end up going into the bedroom and turning it on manually. I hope the app improves.
