the product is fantastic, amazing, a total game changer....so to have the app ruin the experience is that much more disappointing. worked fine for awhile, then out of nowhere I'm roasting like a pig in the middle of the night. all my schedules are gone, and I can't save new ones. some little gremlin now controls the device and randomly runs it when they please at any temperature but the one I want. 2pm on a summer Sunday? 110° why not

It's always getting unsynched with my devices and now it doesn't even let me switch between my two devices - it just spins. For how much I paid for the Ooler, it's incredibly disappointing that it can't keep a schedule consistently update: now I can't even get to the schedules, gives me a network error every time. I can still control the device over BT, but have to manually manage it when I'm using it - and it still turns on randomly since it must have it's own internal schedule as well.

Frustrating! Great product, lousy app. When everything works as its supposed to 5stars but that's rare. App is inconsistent at best, doesn't work at all at worst. Currently, not working AND my AC is out so a double whammy. I haven't been able to get the App to connect no mattrr what I do, reset, log out, disconnect, etc so it's currently a useless product which is awful because its so expensive.
