My Kyivstar is a mobile application developed by the mobile service provider Kyivstar to help our subscribers manage their accounts. Change your service plan, figure out how many more calls you can make and messages you can send, and top up your balance. Do all of that and more just with the help of your smartphone!

With My Kyivstar you can:

- Take care of your telecommunication needs in a couple of taps: Our mobile app has everything to make managing your account fast and convenient. Take care of everything regarding data, calls, and text messages. Top up your account through the app; all you need is a debit card and your phone number.

- Add phone numbers: Enter your friends’ and family members’ phone numbers in the app. You can check their account balances and top them up if they need a little help.

- Check analytics: View your payment history and statistics for the past 6 months. Filter by period and/or category. Budget your expenses with ease!

-Live chat works awful: I had to start the chat 3 times as I was dropped with no reason and ask the same questions again (btw, I have never got the answer). At least you could come to me via email. -I have never got the free month (it was promised to everyone) as a compensation for the situation when Kyivstar was hacked and we didn't have services for the few days. -Kyivstar TV. My sister cancelled the subscription but was charged for the renewal and the support did not refund the amount.

It does what it needs to do. Still has bits in the application that are in Ukranian when English is the selected language, but there have been improvements in this - thank you! Still won't accept my UK credit card. Would get another star if all the options were adjustable from the app instead of going to a website. The app keeps giving me message to update, but I have latest version. I have no use for double data or minutes, so I'm not going to change tariff for no reason. Please stop this.

Had some issues with a paid service. At first could not understand where the money goes. Nothing in the list of paid activated services. I had to contact the support to understand what's the problem. It appeared to be enabled but long forgotten service which I never used. I expected to see it in the list of paid activated services but it never happened. After the conversation with the support the service appeared in the list. I tried to deactivate this service but could not do it using the app. Every time I press a button it shows API exception on it. Need to contact the support again. Thinking about removing the app as it doesn't work anyway.
