This would be negative five stars if I could. Every single thing about the customer experience is worse, and it's harder for employees to deal with too. You can't pay with the app, but you have to "link" a card to get any points unless you upload pictures of the receipt. And not Discover even though it's accepted there. You can only use one reward at a time when before it used to count all you marked active. Instead of a scanner to read the info, an employee has to type in a code manually. 🤬

I've been using the app for a while just for scanning for points. Then I decided to try ordering through it. The order process works OK as long as you don't make a mistake or change your mind. If you need to edit an order, be prepared to WAIT. I've been watching the little wheel go around for several minutes waiting to remove an item from my order. And it STILL isn't ready. Not impressed with that part.

-If you want to remove/change a card, you have to log in with a full browser. It is not manageable through the app. If you only use the app (imagine that!), this will give you the impression that they took your card info with no way to delete it. -If you order an item that is currently not available at a specific location, the app does not give you a warning. Instead, it waits for you to add all the items of your order, then prompts you to tap review order. It will then give a short, VERY NON-DESCRIPTIVE error that some item is not available. It will NOT tell you what that item was, while at the same time dumping all of the items out of your cart. It is now up to you to play a guessing game of entering your entire order minus one item...or you could use an app that isn't like an abusive relationship. -The rewards system has a lot of flaws. It should be based on automatic accrual, NOT scanning QR codes in-store. It is probably best just to not have the reward system. -Also, the app will notification spam you with rewards that dont exist and offers you dont want. -Login with Google/Facebook not available
