The rewards aren't redeemable anymore, super aggravating! No matter how many ways I've attempted to edit things to redeem rewards, the system says that the item isn't added and can't be redeemed!! When I attempt to redeem in the store,depends on what manager is working, whether or not they'll comp it and apologize for the inconvenience. I hate that the employees have no access to assist customers..UGH!!!

Sonny's like many other BBQ restaurants has toned things down over the years. Gone is the salad bar along with getting baked potatoes. They serve more than ribs, pulled and sliced pork, brisket, and chicken. Now there's sliced turkey sandwiches and the obligatory corn nuggets served covered in powdered sugar with a side of ranch dressing. The one thing that hasn't really changed is the most important, the bbq is damn good. Properly smoked and tasty, it is served in a generous portion.

sometimes difficult to get from one screen to another. so kept directing me to a store that I didn't want to use.
