Ratings and reviews

Not a great experience on Android phone or tablet. It works but with some aggravating issues. It constantly pops up the tools menu whenever you select a shape in the design so you have to close that down in order to see your work. Would be better to let me open that manually when needed. It's also very difficult to select items without accidentally moving them. My biggest issue is the fact that it opens a workspace for lasers I do not own based on the size of the file I import.

if your main computer or laptop is across the room from your lasers. the phone app is great to start the process, especially if you have multiple jobs of the same item or similar. in my humble opinion,phone screens are too small, and the tools on an app are not robust enough to do any real editing. but it sure saves me a lot of time walking back and forth between my computer. I was hopeful I could use it on my Samsung tablet but it does not work at all. it gets hung up on tips & tricks pop ups

Terrible app, needs a lot of work, at least for android. Connects one time, not another. You have to give up everything to connect, turn off VPN, turn on location, data, and permissions (makes you wonder what they're collecting,) and it still doesn't connect. Now, everything is missing, including the material settings after clearing the cache, trying to get it to connect. Frustrating
