About this app

ManageEngine ServiceDesk Plus MSP integrates your help desk requests and assets to help you manage your clients' IT infrastructure effectively. It has been designed to handle multiple clients in a single Help Desk, so the Managed Service Providers (MSPs) don’t have to juggle with multiple software. This app lets your technicians create, access and resolve requests from any place, anytime. It reduces the response and resolution time of a technician dramatically, increasing the efficiency of your help desk team. It also gives you better user experience.

App features:

* Filter requests based on criteria such as unassigned, pending, open etc.

* View, create, edit and delete requests.

* Perform actions (pick up, assign, close, reply) for requests.

* Work log, notes and resolutions can be added/modified for each request.

Manage Engine has helpmed me to fix the issue with my app, thanks guys, I can now use my mobile app with no issues ‐---‐------------ Edit:logging out and logging back in only resolves the issue for a couple of hours! Need a permanent fix I can't login to the app from my Samsung Note 20 Error: Login failed because of incompatible mobile app. Upgrade your mobile app and try again... The app is already running on the latest version

Hi Emre, Edit:We shows this error only in session timeout case. So kindly check your server settings (Admin-> Security Settings -> Session timeout configuration -> Enable session timeout for mobile app). Please logout and re-login the app solves the issue. Before the latest update on October 28th, I would have given this app 10 Stars if I could. Now, not so much. It is buggy, since the upgrade, it closes on me because of bugs. They have made changes that have made it difficult for me, personally, to use sufficiently. I used to really rely on this app to help me do my job and in just a few days I have stopped using it nearly as much. If I could remove the upgrade, I would and never take it.

I find that using the mobile app slows me down because of the layout. It's difficult to visually distinguish between requests. It also Lacks it also lacks the ability to start a timer with one click. I would like app to look and work more like the ServiceDesk Plus, cloud version.
