Utterly useless. App downloads okay, but have to scan QR code to configure and it repeatedly fails at this point. Online instructions (provided in response to another user with my same issue) don't address the problem. Here's the thing: if there's this much difficulty, the app is poorly coded. Easier to use the online portal.
When i try to scan QR code for server it always shows UNABLE TO PROCESS TRY AFTER SOMETIME.
No SMS verification code received though the number is correct. Unable to unlock my account because of this issue.
The app is very easy to use and convenient. BUT, why is there an option to set up the server using HTTP? That sends your password over clear-text, so anybody could capture it and have it. Can't use it until there is a way to not allow unsecured connection at the app level.
It does not work ..fix it
Not sure if it's because I'm stupid but i can't get the darn thing set up. I've scanned the qr code to automatically set it up and that just gives me a bubch of of stuff i don't understand. I tried to look for tutorials on how to do it but there are no examples on how to input the information properly and quite frankly after trying for two hours i am vey frustrated. If you are going to use qr codes give examples on how to input the information properly.
Note: The app has fixed orientation. After opening the app, it cannot be changed from portrait to landscape or vice versa.
Supports customization of texts in the app’s home page.
Server settings will be configurable when the app is opened for the first time after installation even though admin has disabled it in the product.
