About this app

MatrixCare for Home Care is an electronic health record/electronic medical record (EHR/EMR) app that enables Home Care organizations to enforce best practices that maximize compliance, improve client outcomes and increase efficiencies. It’s designed to enable Caregivers to have the ability to document services at the point-of-care to ensure accuracy and compliance, without compromising the care of the client. It allows Users to access their schedules and client information at the time the care is provided.

The app is malfunctioning when charting, the text pop-up box becomes almost microscopic and frozen. I try turning my phone sideways and back repeatedly. I'm currently on my SIXTH uninstall/reinstall, and I have only been using this app for one full month. The last time I reinstalled, it worked for one hour. I lose work history each time, and I'm very frustrated. 😢

I have called support twice and get a standard protocol read to me to fix a problem with entering information on the app. The task entry becomes microscopic and will not open and allow data to be entered. I have followed the protocol several times and the problem remains. I have talked with others using the android version and they have the same problem. Support is poor and apparently they can't,or don't want to, fix the problem for Android users.

The entirety of this system DESPERATELY needs to be updated. The app is available as a convenience, yet it never works. Caregivers try to be responsible, professional, and compliant but struggle because of this broken system. I could go on and on about how outdated and non user friendly MC is, causing many needless alerts and errors. We are caring for human beings. THERE IS NO ROOM FOR NEEDLESS ERROR! Scheduling software is VERY outdated, non user friendly. PLS FIX YOUR SYSTEM AND SOFTWARE!!!!!
