Generally decent experience. But when i asked for a video consult, said the doctor was ready for me - but then kept me waiting again for 20 mins only to have a connection issue and kick me out. The app needs to get their experience right and manage customer expectations better (so I can do other things instead of just waiting for the doctor thinking the doctor was already ready when they arent)

Tele consult doesn't work. The line drops within 10 seconds of getting connected although this is done via a stable, strong home WiFi. This is a repeated occurrence and checking with my colleagues reveal the same. It's a similar observation by others who have left a review here. Will definitely feedback to my HR team as there appears to be little will to rectify this shoddy app experience by the app owner.

They never resolved the problem with my log in until my HR intervene. The app is always slow, nothing is efficient. For a video consultation, they are laggy in the symptoms input amd my consultation was juat cut off with no call back..
