worst experience, payment failed 3 times,and even though I was charged via upi - the order was not formed in their system. now-no order confirmation,and no money. just don't shop online at MnS!!!

While your app is good your customer service is pathetic. Your return mechanics are poor, with the left hand not knowing what the right is doing. My return was finally picked up after 5 days of negativity with one customer care executive contradicting the other. Customer care needs to be focused to satisfy the customer.

no proper customer support over phone, ordered neavy blue shirt, in app it was showing light blue hence return rejected and even customer care asking to connect through email.
