• Online School Fees payments
• Online Tertiary fees payments
• Online blocking and unblocking of ATM Debit cards
• Online account opening for e-Wallets – non account holders will be able to apply for Wallet accounts through their mobile phones.
• Online account opening by CBZ Bank Agents – it brings the capability of opening accounts through appointed Agents or mobile CBZ officials.

Ratings and reviews

The App is convenient to use but it has bugs that have persisted for a while without being fixed. This is what i have noted and would appreciate it if CBZ would make an effort to fix these: 1. The fingerprint login does not work at all, it makes sense to just remove it completely as it just slows down the login process 2. The add beneficiary option under Funds transfer just gives you an error message "Failed to add beneficiary, Retry" without telling you why it failed

the app has everything you need to save yourself from queing at the branch but non of them work! unozongokuenda chete ku branch kwacho and you wonder kuti so what is the purpose of this app. very disappointing and frustrating

Once again a disappointment. There were funds on current balance,now they are bo longer reflecting on both current and available balance. Their WhatsApp number is totally useless, you app and they respond back after a whole month. Very bad experience, considering it's a time of Corona virus pandemic I can't even go to the bank because there'll be a long queue plus they even closed
