I gave it 2 stars because This app takes longer time to load, once you login, you will wait of some minutes before you see your ballance even on a very strong network, this is so annoying, also funds transfer from other moniepoint accounts don't shows sender's details on transaction receipt or history I have cleared cache and even uninstall and reinstalled the app, still the same, everyone I referred are also complaining about it

This app is a wreck My account with them stayed for just a week without me going to it and when I finally went back I was told that I couldn't access it because I needed to update it. I quickly rushed to play store to do just that but there was no such thing. Secondly their charges for transfer regarding the fact that they are an online bank is relatively large. Take for instance Palmpay/Opay that have free transfers they have more customers because they give good offers. Business is strategic🌚

Try and improve the app to run smooth and faster. Even with a very good internet connection, it takes too long to open some pages. Very difficult to locate a transaction from history. It loads so slow and too sluggish. What I fear most is trying to locate past transaction on this app because I will certainly end up getting frustrated and sometimes abandon the search. Moniepoint really need to do more on this app
