Worst experience with Mswipe via Union Bank. I faced repeated UPI transaction failures where payments were debited from customers but not credited to my merchant account. Even after providing transaction IDs, Union Bank and Mswipe could not resolve the issue and kept asking me to follow up with the customer’s bank — which is impractical when merchants handle 100+ daily transactions.

worstest app ever. worst service. If any bank offers you for this app, don't believe, Mind my words "worst app ever". Take too long to settle down payment. Even their helpline no. doesn't work, no one respond, every time call cuts.

They are cheaters. Their marketing executive said its free. No additional charges will be applicable on transactions. Only you need to pay for swapping machines cost. After some days, they started charging for transactions, and then i stopped making transactions. Then they also took a swapping machine from me. ( they said otherwise, you need to pay rent for a swapping machine ).
