This app has regressed backwards. It was possible to create a ticket for broadband connection issues easily. Now they make you go through some chat and the end of it it just calls their call center. There is no way to raise a ticket for connection issues. On top of that the call center is pathetic and will do nothing to help resolve the problem. What was earlier a 2 minute automated resolution now takes forever. I will not renew my connection due to this nonsense.

Airtel broadband down for 20 days with absolutely no response from airtel after multiple calls. Only deeply regret the inconvenience caused. This is the absolute depths. Anyone else with the same experience? And yeah the app does not let you connect with anyone. Just redirects you to a limited set of options on chatbot. Worst ever experience

I have been trying to reach a customer service representative by calling Airtel customer care, but I am only getting automated responses and menu options. Despite following the prompts, I have not been able to speak with a single representative. Additionally, several numbers provided on the Airtel app are either not working or invalid. This has been a very frustrating experience and reflects poorly on Airtel's customer care service. My mum's number was recharged and she is not getting any data.
