One of the worst surveillance services I’ve ever used. Airtel Xsafe barely works when you actually need it. Camera feed doesn’t load, recorded videos are difficult or impossible to access, and the app performance is extremely unreliable. A security system that fails at the basic job of showing footage is completely pointless. For the price charged, this feels like a total waste of money. Very disappointing from Airtel. I would not recommend Airtel Xsafe to anyone.

Overall I am having a very bad experience with this. It is lagging, slow performance,for the last couple of days it has shown network issues and doesn't display, though will reinstall and try. here now the app is crashing every time. it's not even an year.

Truly terrible app execution by as big a name as Airtel. Laggy as hell. App updates come, but the lag never improves. 360 pan freezes, only to execute later on, n the frame moves to a different unnecessary spot. No feature additions- same as it was 2 years ago. All this for a paid service tht doesn't even let you flip the video, if not paid. Cozy chair of monopoly. Hope other service providers start providing cloud backup services at competitive prices. Somebody needs to show Airtel the mirror.
