Ratings and reviews

This application doesn't support my device (One Plus Nord 5) at all. There's a lot of lag in the application, the camera streaming also doesn't work appropriately. The stream keeps flashing. I've raised this issue with the support multiple times. They keep saying that we will send a technician to your residence to resolve your issue. I've tried all their methods. It just doesn't work. Who can convince them the technician can't fix this and only their app developers can fix this? Need help!

I have installed the app in my new Samsung phone and the feed is not working it is flashing white screen. There is issue with it's device compatibility. The Developer team needs to check it as soon as possible. As it's a matter of security of the customer. So the Airtel Xsafe team needs to check the bug and fix it as soon as possible. Also the stream lags a lot.

Was ok but just becoming unusable now on Android. Used to work without too many hitches. Off late has become terrible. The app is buggy, the cameras keep going off randomly. Don't know what is going on. Strangely the same app works perfectly on iOS.
