App always times out or says they are having issues with accessing my mortgage loan. This issue has been going on for over a year already, even after multiple interface updates. I always gave to go through the site to pay my bills. The app is almost useless since I can't view my accounts.

This is the worst banking app I have ever encountered. It will not let me change my payments to increase my principal. All the amounts are prefilled and it only let's me make the monthly payment again which is not what I wanted. I tried canceling auto pay and re-enrolling and that does not work either! Not user friendly at all!

Just tried to sign in and it gives the same errors as the Calibur app. Oh, and the webpage won't load. Fantastic. Seeing all of the other complaints, that remain the same for months, it seems that, perhaps, legal action should be considered, especially if people are getting late fees due to an app that does not work correctly. And I won't be contacting your lousy customer service, bc, clearly, that does not help.
