had a packers and movers booked through app. they call you a 100 times to book, take the payment in advance, but won't share the invoice with you. have been demanding invoice for the past 1 week. have not received it yet. if you can ask customers for quicker payments and bother them 100 times to get your service, help them once when they actually have a problem.

It was a Very good app but it has turned to be a scammer app recently since 2025. Not trustworthy anymore. It has lost it's trust. And the excuse is " There is a technical glitch" which is going since more than 6 month's. Not good for Tenants, Not good for Buyer's. Switch to any other platform as paid subscriptions are also consumed by Nobroker without services and without Refund.

Very bad service. I lost money. 99% of the times, you will not get to see the properties. Their FRMs won't be available. In my case all the house visits are cancelled without informing. the app designed is very poor and it gives errors. never seen such a poorly designed app and zero intelligence/ connectivity with FRMs. dont waste money on this app subscription. traditional way is better.
