Ratings and reviews

Can't apply through app, loads endlessly and screen times out (longer than 10 minutes of loading with no result). Edit: Computer worked fine, phone app was faulty. Rating reduced to 1-star, it forces a phone number which means that anyone you try to apply with can easily contact you OUTSIDE of zillow, which allows those who rent out/sell to sidestep zillow's terms of use since everyone just immediately contacts you through your phone instead of responding via zillow.

The app makes it hard to view a property without encountering a real estate agent, which I'd prefer to avoid. Number of bathrooms is often inaccurate as 1.5 bathrooms is often listed as 2. A bathroom without a bath is a half bathroom, people. Many other inaccuracies exist, and there should be a feedback option for prospective buyers. I realize this would require moderation but it would be very much valued. The app is cluttered with too many buttons, most of which don't provide value.

They took away tag feature. That's part of why I loved the app. Now I've got to do research to find an app that has that. Even more disappointing than the feature itself being gone is the fact that it served as notes on saved listings. Sometimes placed after doing research. So having lost those notes basically, that is so much time and knowledge lost. It kind of makes the whole thing useless.
