Ratings and reviews

I do like the app but the biggest issue is the lot size filter doesn't work correctly. or there is a lack in verifying the listing details. For example, choose a lot size of 5 acres or more and you still get a ton of results that are a few thousands sq ft. you get town homes and condos. kick it up to 100 acres and the same results happen. And lately, for some reason, it now only shows those results and almost no lot sizes over 5 that are accurate results.

Updating account payment methods via phone is near impossible. Entering information redirects back to the rental page. Figuring out how to pay rent via the app is not intuitive. It requires multiple steps through improperly named menus. Paying rent, you have to follow whatever schedule it gives you. The app doesn't show pending payments. If you want payment to get to the landlord on time, you have to adjust the schedule and guess. Badly thought out app. No customer service. More issues, no space

There's a major issue with Zillow right now. They do not appear to vet their data, or do it badly. The sheer volume of non-home listings (townhomes, condos, duplexes, etc.) that are listed under the "Homes" listing is incredibly frustrating. Beyond that, there are other things like a listing showing up that says <$200/m HOA in the data, but the property description lists much higher values. Generally, it's a good app that makes searching for homes simpler. I just wish they'd vet their listings.
