1. Most listing based on direct site comparisons

Ratings and reviews

This is a great app. The only thing wrong is that the "comparable homes" feature does not work. Whenever I try to add comparable homes, I get the following error: "Looks like we’re unable to load comparable homes right now. Please refresh the page and try again." You get this error on both the app and web page. There is no way in the app to contact anyone to let them know there is an issue with their app or website

the good: fantastic app for trying to find a home or doing market research. the bad: they will spam you with emails and notifications. there is an option to turn off push notifications in app. it gives you an option to create an account through Google, but there isn't a google option when signing in to unsubscribe from their constant emails. so you have to unsubscribe from EACH individual email to stop getting email for that one house, or that one ad, or that one option.

Only app like it with the search option. The search options don't work very well when you start to filter options. I have saved properties that fit within filters that won't show up on the map. Now there are saved properties that aren't showing on the map at all. I have seen houses for sale that I have specifically had to look up because they don't show either.
