Took multiple tries to create an account. Got the account created and I could not get my phone to recognize the DNA vibe jazz band. Tried to add it and that was a wash. It wasn't in the list of apps or brands. Tried to scan the QR code into the available apps and the phone would not pick it up. I cannot connect and without the app, the band is useless. Thanks for nothing. There should be alternative controls provided. The option to go analog or digital should be up to the user.

Note 20 5g. The product is great! I was having trouble connecting to the app, but it was because the permissions had turned off because I hadn't used it in a while. When I turn the permissions on it worked fine.

Works most of the time. Seems to be a bug where it won't work if you have location turned off on your phone on the Z Flip 3 running Android 11.
