Horrible App! Charged me twice, would not give receipt at kiosk, just down right confusing. Is it on purpose to overcharge people. Tried to change password, kept saying must be alpha numeric with special character, kept entering criteria, but it kept rejecting it. What's happening?! I also think I did not get my validation discount for the theater.

Absolutely awful experience. The old parking system was better. Clearly nobody who works here uses the system. The app is super hard to use, gives awful errors, makes you set up an entire account just to pay for parking. I spent ten minutes standing int he theatre trying to figure out how to validate my parking. The app developers put in no effort, and bay street is wasting people's time.

This app and process is so inconvenient. I've been coming to emeryville for over 10 years and have always enjoyed the ease of the previous parking system. They tried to get creative and have you PRE-pay for parking using this godawful app that does not work. The app makes you create an account, add stall number, license plate, credit card, etc which is time consuming and then you get to the end and the app doesn't work! Won't be back until this changes its super inconvenient.
