So, "Udhar Khata Book" is essentially a book or system for tracking credit, debts or to lend money at interest.

☁ Cloud Backup System ✔

We (App) do not collect your data (backup) anywhere on any our website, server or cloud, as we believe that information about your business or personal financial transactions needs to be kept confidential. So we provide a data backup system on your own Google Drive as an alternative to cloud backup. All data backups are automatically synced to your Google Drive on each entry, so there's no need to export backup every time. You can easily restore the backup if you change or reset your mobile. Attention, your mobile must have network or WIFI present while doing (adding) entry. If you added an entry without network presence, don't forget to turn on data or WIFI to sync the backup the next time when you add an entry. If you want to reset or change your mobile, we recommend checking the status of the last synced backup in the Export Data section of the application. If a backup has not been exported to the correct date, you must manually export the backup. Note it, this app is developed for single user only. Please do not use this app in two different devices with sync the same Gmail ID. Syncing the same Gmail ID in different devices can lead to data loss. We do not collect your data (backup) from the app and devices on any type of our cloud storage. It is only stored in your device and your own Google Drive, so it is important for you to remember the Gmail ID and password you have synced in the app for restore the backup in case of your mobile is lost or reset. We recommend you to creating a complete PDF or Excel file of all data and saving or sharing it somewhere at your convenience or weekly.

I installed it a few days ago it's very easy and user friendly. only two things that are missing I can't change the currency symbol and the most important I can't open it on the web page on my PC. it's very important. and I only add one pic of any bill if there are more then one bill for any entry I can't attach more than one and also there is no option to view or crop the image before attached if I attached the wrong bill I have to delete the first one and attach it again .

it is a shame that you limit the use of the app to only India by using only Rupees symbol. You also write rupees on the invoice. Again the phone number position is only limited to India use because it takes only 10 digits . No place to select +234 for Nigeria use

the app is good but there are some features that would make it stand out from the rest. 1. the calculator needs to be like a normal calculator people tends to make mistake when digits are not into there place as standard calculator. 2. When editing a entry with multiple items. if some customer wants to change the number of pcs of x and there is a list of 10 items so we have to change it and then do calculation manually rest all best and specially the transfer option love it
