I order for a certain product instead I was sent another product. The bill was on the product I ordered for but the product was different. When i complaint about the issue i had to wait for 2-3days just for my order to be picked up by them. The app is also not at all user friendly and their customer support is the worst of them all, its just an email id. You have to wait for an indefinite time for them to respond.

The app doesn't seem user friendly and also has couple of bugs e.g. the filter doesn't work properly. Also prices are same in comparison with other sellers. ON whey gold standard for 2lb costs Rs. 2888 on amazon and same product costs Rs. 2895 on pigi. So if you are marketing on the basis of prices you still need much improvement. I had to search for different flavours and weights separately whereas it should be availed on single page.

This was the first and the last time I used this app, I will never ever use it again.... Delivery takes forever, Been 3 days since I placed an order, it still shows waiting for pickup..... And when It gets picked up finally, delivery guy is extremely irresponsible and ill mannered to even answer my call. I want to give -ve infinity as my rating to this particular app, but I am limited by the rules here.... Worst experience ever.
