Ratings and reviews

A decent app but the interface is not the smoothest, it usually takes longer than you'd like to pull up a job ticket. Sometimes when you touch on a job the list of jobs will move making you press the wrong one. My final critique is that when you make lists you should be able to reorder the items in the list after they are imported. . Fire Inspector Ohio

This app is incredible. As a coordinator, the benefits are twofold - it allows me to support my inspectors by providing an user-friendly format for them to perform inspections accurately AND generates a professional report to provide to customers. It offers incredible features like barcoding and QR coding. The tech support is by and large the most responsive and helpful of any app I've ever encountered. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up, and I wish I had more thumbs to give. 👍👍

Solid application. Very stable and genuine and dev team extremely responsive. A must have for all fire alarm companies.
