I recently purchased the latest premium subscription to PrepLadder for my exam preparations. For the first five days, everything worked absolutely fine. Then, out of nowhere, all video playback stopped. When I contacted support, they told me my device no longer matched their app's "security level." They updated their security requirements after I had already paid for the subscription. Their only "solution" was to tell me to go buy a brand new, upgraded device. Think twice before investing

I am extremely disappointed; the quality has deteriorated significantly, and this app is now plagued by technical errors. Ever since the new version was released, I haven't been able to study anything at all. If I merely search for a study plan, I receive an immediate call from their end; yet, when I call Customer Care to resolve an actual issue, it takes them 15 minutes just to answer the phone. Their service is absolutely terrible. I certainly will not subscribe to PrepLadder again in future.

I have no complaints regarding the faculty but the technical team is so ' fuddu' man ...why on earth would someone make the notes section not zoomable , I mean you can't zoom and scroll at the same time , every time I need to scroll I have to zoom out , THIS IS JUST IRRITATING. It' s very difficult to read and scroll through the notes on the phone, PW's meded is so good in this technical matter . Another thing is sometimes 10s skip doesn't work on this app I don't know why . FIX IT PLEASE !
