I haven't been able to download my invoices from the app for over half a year now! When will you fix this bug? Every month I have to call the office and ask to send invoices to the mail. When trying to download any invoice in the app, an error message appears: "An error has occured while downloading the invoice. Please, try againe"

Update 07 May 2023: now there are NO notifications other than often delayed ones about the alarm being armed or disarmed. If a sensor detects anything, there's no notifications, so you're oblivious until Prosegur call. And they take forever to call. 3 mins today. That's plenty of time to finish breaking in and attack the occupants. Activation time of alarms wrong on app (when you manually happen to go in) wrong and completely all over the place, with arms and disarms that haven't taken place.
