When I first installed the app, everytime I closed it , the app asked me for my psswrd / my fingerprint in order to log in. Some days ago I noticed that despite I closed the app, my user was still logged in - which is not good: if un unknown person takes my phone, this person will be able to enter the app , find my address and unlock the alarm. Logging out of the app is not a healthy solution, because if you log out, you won't receive notifications! Please correct this bug ASAP!

This app has a lot of bugs, but two are particularly annoying: 1) I have a scene that enables a partial zone every night but, sometimes, it just enables the full alarm and when we enter a partial zone it triggers; 2) Yesterday there was a false alarm and I didn't received any notification nor the snapshot from the app, then I tried to check the cameras without success. An app restart solved the issue. The first issue and other issues were reported to the customer services a long time ago.

I downloaded some videos from the app, they are stored in a folder name Smart. One day, the app is updated, the Smart folder and all the videos in that folder are gone. That's so ridiculous. Moreover, when I tried to download a video, the download process is sometimes 10%, 50%, 70% but never 100%. To download completely, I have to go to timeline 30 days, scroll down in the exactly day I need, choose and play it, then I can download it completely. Sometime the app quits automatically. Speechless.
