Prosegur Smart app is an integrated security system that allows you to control your alarm and devices from anywhere and through a simple, intuitive, and unique interface.

Our app will enable you to:
- Access through fingerprint recognition and FaceID, where supported.

- Arm, arm away, disarm your alarm.
- Access historic logs on your alarm and device activity.

I downloaded some videos from the app, they are stored in a folder name Smart. One day, the app is updated, the Smart folder and all the videos in that folder are gone. That's so ridiculous. Moreover, when I tried to download a video, the download process is sometimes 10%, 50%, 70% but never 100%. To download completely, I have to go to timeline 30 days, scroll down in the exactly day I need, choose and play it, then I can download it completely. Sometime the app quits automatically. Speechless.

Sooooo... the password must be at least TWELVE characters long right. Maybe some hacker can bruteforce your systems so you did this instead of deactivating accounts on the third try. So insecure then. Also they must have at least one capital letter, one number, one symbol. All added to the TWELVE characters. Also you make it expire every now and then. This app imposes impossible to meet password requirements.

I was unable to locate any setting to change the language, which is quite surprising given modern usability standards.
