This app has a lot of bugs, but two are particularly annoying: 1) I have a scene that enables a partial zone every night but, sometimes, it just enables the full alarm and when we enter a partial zone it triggers; 2) Yesterday there was a false alarm and I didn't received any notification nor the snapshot from the app, then I tried to check the cameras without success. An app restart solved the issue. The first issue and other issues were reported to the customer services a long time ago.

Worst experience with this app and prosegur. Every month they send the mail saying that the bill is not paid and then I have to send the scanned copy of the paid bill. When I call them for any fault in the system then they say again the same thing that ur bill is not paid, then I have to send the paid bill copy again and then they send technician. I fed up from these guys, planning to change the company soon. And above of all the Smart app doesn't works fine.

I have been a customer since 1998. This app started well, but then it began to malfunction some years ago. Most of the times I coudn't disconnect the alarm or connect it remotely. And when it worked, it took forever. Useless for me.
