Well that didn't work at all. Website is a failure, I guess I should have expected the app to be one too. Couldn't login without creating another account. All couldn't take a picture despite giving access to the camera. All it was able to do was tell me when my trash and recycling is supposed to be picked up. That was either incorrect too or the truck is always a day or two behind schedule. I swear the government runs the DMV better than this trash company.

Site has a calendar to show you what days your pickup is for trash but it's not really a calendar you can't find out using this app you have to put in a request under other to find out so why bother putting a calendar up if you're not actually going to show the days your pickup is it's ridiculous.

The address in my account is correct. The address that populated when I attempted to make a service request is very wrong and locked the site and map. Attempts to change the problem are fruitless.
