Everything was going fine. I started to clear my outstanding even before generation of my e-statement, being impressed by the smooth service of RBL Credit card. However, as wise men say "All that glitters is not gold." OR "When something runs too smooth, we should be extremely cautious of it's genuineness & rather prepare for the worst" Since last 1 week, even after upgrading my mobile system (OnePlus 9) as well as updating this RBL app...all the services are unavailable ! Totally ridiculous !!!

I switched my card off a while ago. Now, every time I try to switch it on, the app crashes. After three crashes, an Android pop-up said the app had a bug, and would I like to clear the cache to see if it might help. I cleared the cache, but it made no difference. Also, a permanent annoyance in the app is that when you click on My Account, the Settings button is always greyed out. To get it to work, you have to go back to Home and then come back to My Account again.

I'm using the right mpin, but it is showing as invalid. I've changed it again using forgot pin, after successful change its still showing invalid at login. I've reinstalled and did it freshly and correctly, still it's showing invalid. The only way is to login via screen lock or fingerprint as an alternative.
