With the current update, the shortcut just automatically disappears from my android phone. This is the 2nd time it has happened in 2 days. When I search in the phone apps or via Google play Store, it shows the app's presence. On the Play Store though, the option to 'open' is simply not there and it only shows the uninstall button. I did it the first time, reinstalled and went through the entire setting up process. Ain't nobody got time to keep doing it again and again every next day.

I am extremely disappointed with the service I am experiencing. Earlier, I genuinely appreciated your services, but this time it has been very frustrating. My credit card has been blocked without any valid reason, and due to this, my important transactions are getting declined. After multiple attempts, I finally got connected to the customer care team, but the call was disconnected in the middle of the conversation right after I explained my concern.

Application is totally outdated UI. No proper credit card details. New age bank but still lost in giving good and clean UI. EMI foreclosure takes 3 days time to reflect in application, Payment of credit card bill takes 1 week time to get updated in RBL Bank application? why your payment update system is so slow. very disappoint.
