​"I am experiencing a technical issue with the new app. The previous version prompts me to switch, but I am unable to log in to the new one despite submitting all required details. ​Furthermore, the representative incorrectly recorded my email address, which is likely preventing my access. Please note that I hold a credit card account with you, not a savings account.

session time out is very short, it's happen more than 5 time when ever I make payment through this rbl app by selecting upi app after payment detection app session time out appers then and when I logging back it's doesn't show any current payment record in view statement, please increase the session logging time of your app & solve this problem. Thankyou.

Worst service. Without making any transaction they freeze my account. I visited the branch and requested for unfreeze. They mentioned it will unfreeze in 30 mins. But still it's not unfreeze and when I asked customer care they mentioned still it's not unfreeze. 4 hrs completed. Branch is too far from hometown, I can't able to visit again. It's bad service. Never open account in this bank. I will close it.
