This new RBL my bank app is one of the worst. It never loads and keeps loading endlessly before showing the error message: simply getting as "Sorry for the inconvenience or Error . Please try again later." I contacted customer support, and they asked me to send an email. Even after the issue still wasn't resolved. This bank has nothing to offer in terms of both its app and banking services. Pathetic. I wasn't able to open the old app and new app as well.. Enable the old app. it's much better

I've been trying for a month now. First, the app insists that I use mobile data. Then it refuse to send an SMS with a message SMS message failed, please try again. Tried multiple times with same result. Just fed up with the over security/ concern. Maybe you should allow alternate methods for cases such as these.
