To aid the wonderful Customer Experience through their branches I think this app is a very good initiative to remain relevant in this competitive market. I prefer its look and feel over my other international banking app. Good job RBL!! Edit: After latest update, the app keeps crashing all the time. Unable to use it at all.
As a customer you should find out the secret IVR options sequence to be able to talk to the customer care. If they do not want to offer customer care services over phone, then they should be transparent on this choice. Operations team is not concerned about customer relations. I have been using RBL crefi card as primary one so far, but their treatment forced me to keep it a last choice or close it all together.
One of worst bank I have banked with. They will ask to do intial funding of rs.10000 once you transfer that it will not reflect in your new account. When you speak to the customer care their system will be always slow and you have to forget your amount. Everyday their systems will not work nor you get back your amount.
I tried to register..but when I enter my customer ID or user id the input is blank.. which results "enter you user id" . Please work in this bug... Tell me your email id I will let you know more bugs...as I am also a full stack developer
