Rentmojo has been a frustrating experience. In just two months, I’ve requested replacements three times due to poor product quality. The process takes six days for each replacement, causing unnecessary delays. Additionally, I paid extra fees for early payment, which felt unfair. I switched to CityFurnish, and the experience has been much better with higher-quality products and more reliable service. Definitely consider alternatives.

I am giving 2 star because they are delivering the product in good conditions but when it comes to customer support and after sales services they are worst right now. Their application is so confusing that if you make a request for closure then you will be stuck to clearing the same and there will be so much hassle. Mobile application should be customer friendly but it is more hectic. Keep in mind that almost Rs. 2000-3000 will be stuck with them till everything is sorted.

The Worst experience with the team I had, they said all over India they deliver but it's only the metro cities they prefer and they didn't able to deliver to my location when I change my job and also cut the deposit amount saying earlier subscription closer. Such a fraud team, no one is available on call or chat support properly.
