Very bad experience with rento mojo. Very unprofessional. First they'll notify that on a particular date they'll do delivery. Later when we waste our whole day for waiting the delivery, they will send a message of cancellation and rescheduling without any prior notice. If had an option to give 0 rating would have done that. Do not choose rento mojo. Try any another apps especially if there is any chance of relocation.

I raised a relocation request. The cupboard was picked up on the date I mentioned and it's been a month, I haven't received it yet. And there is no option to cancel the request and end the subscription as well. Usually they do call alot till you get irritated when you don't need any follow up, but they haven't called me once to give an update that by when will they deliver my cupboard. Completely unhappy with their service.

One of the most inconvenient apps of all times. Have to wait for 8+ hours to get the customer service team to respond. If you try to send a voice note (which is shown as a capability) it doesn't work. Such a terribly tiring and painful experience trying to speak to any agent. I'd much rather throw all the appliances out and lose the deposit than have to deal with their customer service team.
