very poor service, I made my first order through the application, 4 days later , I sent messages through WhatsApp and there was no response. Then I decided to call them, when I called, the customer service replied that my order is rejected by courier service as they don't have products available in store, but in online the product was still in display and then she convinced me to cancel the order and I lost the conversation amount as well. Now again I ordered the perfume but no response.

App is Very Complicated and full of Bugs, Menu Buttons in the Bottom are not Visible English Language chosen still Most menus are in Arabic WhatsApp Chat hardly works, The Bot is unresponsive & no Human available to Interact Customer service number is unavailable all day, always on Hold & then disconnects Delivery was delayed, didn't arrive for 10 days, and no communication to explain the delay as informed by the Customer Service officer There offer will end on 9th but it ended early

The perfumes are excellent, truly one of the best I’ve bought from Reef. I purchased 3 pieces for 295 SR from the outlet on National Day, but later found the same perfumes online for 295 SR with 4 pieces. I tried to contact support via WhatsApp but only received bot replies and no agent. Could you kindly clarify if outlet offers are different from online? I felt a bit disappointed after noticing this difference.
