The app makes it convenient to keep track of payments, account information, and overall progress all in one place. Whenever I have needed help, the customer support team has always been helpful, responsive, and professional.

what's the point of having this app of we can't log into it to do what we need to do, I left 2 emails recently to log in and they fixed it just to be locked out the very next day each time, I'm almost considering taking my business elsewhere because you can't fix this stupid app!!

Hi Matthew, we apologize for the login issues you experienced in the past. We’ve recently moved out of our limited testing phase and have launched to all accounts. Please try uninstalling and reinstalling the latest version from the store. This usually clears out the old 'testing' settings. If you’re still hitting a wall, please let us know!

It worked with the previous app, but this updated app keeps saying it's not for me yet, so until an update fixes this issue, and allows me to login, the one star stays.
