Have made a money transfer on kowri through my ATMoney to my GCB Bank since 9th may,2026 till now the money hasn't been sent or deposited into my GCB Bank account which the money has been deducted from my ATMoney wallet account. I have tried several times to reach out to their customer care on the app, there's no customer support to even made a complaint

I downloaded the app this morning and the experience has been so terrible already. For an hour now, I am unable to login. The verification codes tarry and by the time the come, the session is timed out. I thought transitioning from Slydepay was going to be easy considering the fact that we're already subscribed to that platform.

The app is great. It allows me to track my finances. I can't give it a full star because: 1. The app timesout too quickly. This is very frustrating. The moment the app redirects you to maybe add a number from contact or verify a card with the in app browser the app times out and resets. 2. There is the option to increase timeout and other preferences however these settings do not persist after the app is closed. Please don't use state for this but save to storage instead. Overall it's great 👍
