Please update the app and fix the bugs in it! If you want to be known as a technology company, then you should provide technology that actually works well. The app is slow to respond at times and sometimes hangs when I'm trying to update the status of a trip. Sometimes the app will disappear from my phone screen when it's in the background and I touch it to bring it full screen, then I have to touch the app icon to get it back. Lately it's been signing me out during my shift and then I have to sign in again, which is inconvenient when I'm trying to quickly indicate that I've picked up my passengers.

I'm still new to the app and so far the app works ok for me as a driver. I have a wish list for a few things: 1. A place to add notes for each pick up and drop off. 2. A reminder of the approved wait times for inbound and outbound rides. 3. The option to zoom or larger fonts for the key info. 4. A more obvious late warning such as the color red background. 5. The option to initiate chat with the passengers.

Per a Skyhop Station Manager, this app can monitor gps location when it's closed and is used to see of are on your way to work. The app will also restart itself in the background when Force closing the app. Totally big brother monitoring when your not on duty.
