1 star for attention cuz i need immediate assistance. Got a car from spinny, so far so good, unfortunately in the app itself the insurance document under spinny glovebox is incorrect, and i cant seem to find a way to re-upload it myself, raising a ticket gives me an error screen. not being able to raise a ticket puts a big question mark on the after sales service its a review for the app itself, not their cars or service

While the app seems to be fine and call backs are quite quick, I'm not happy with their way of talking or their pricing. Executives talk like they're reading off a paper, not much courtesy, and don't give explanations of what they're doing when inspecting a car. The price they offered for my car both before and after evaluation are very poor- atleast 1 to 2 lakhs lesser than the resale price offered in general.

This is the worst after sales service provided. Never will opt for Spinny again. Wrong choice from my end to go with Spinny. Terrible, horrible, pathetic, etc. Don't have words. Really very very bad, showing true colours within 1 month of purchasing which i didn't expect. It appears like a scam which is going on in Spinny in the name of warranty. Disgusting, totally disappointed. Should have gone with some car dealers, at least they would have responded in some or other way in a timely manner
