If I had known the app used to control the lights was this outdated and user-unfriendly, I would have gone with a different brand entirely. I was relying on Google Home integration, but now the lights show as offline and there's no way to reconnect them. It's really disappointing — the lights themselves are fantastic, but the app completely ruins the experience.

Useless on Android. Works flawlessly on iOS. Installer said "yeah, we have trouble with these in Android phones". That's kind of important to know before you spend thousands of dollars on a lighting system, don't you think? Multiple Android devices get the same error "failed to verify device". Uodate, set it up with an iOS device. If I turn off Wi-Fi on my Android device, I can access it.

App is okay at best. Parts of it aren't super intuitive, but you can get used to its shortcomings after using it for a bit. The biggest annoyance is how every time you open the app, it resets the lights to whatever pattern is alphabetically first in your list. There should instead be an "apply" button or something to set the lights. Would definitely like to see more animation speed options. Sometimes I'd like to be able to go slower than the slowest option allows me to.
