You have to be really careful using this app. I attempted a few times to buy $500 in shares from a company and it blocked me because it needed ID verification. I attempted their ID process and it said unable to ID me multiple times. I gave up and invested my money elsewhere. A couple of weeks later, it magically verified my ID and charged me three times for a total of $1,500, after I had already spent that money elsewhere. There is no one to talk to and no way to reverse those transactions.

Don't respond in a timely manner when a mistake is made or you are overcharged on your account. There is no one to talk to if there is an issue or real complaint. This is not good when you are trying to invest and trying to support a start up business as well and these things happen when you have limited funding. There needs to be more step by step information offered to review after taking someone's money on what they get and how to obtain it.

they require a membership to sell your shares, now I can consider my 20k+ investment lost then, since I also need to try and sell them after 10 years and there is no guarantee that I will be able to sell them th3y just want money and money. they delete old conversations where they indicated I don't need a membership to sell shares. I do not recommend this platform, I used to be a huge fan but now it is hard to not feel tricked. Also even after years after bankruptcy, the companies still display.
