Ratings and reviews

Disappointed with security and user experience, this app lacks basic security measures, which raises serious concerns for an e-money wallet. The UI/UX is poorly designed—cluttered, unintuitive, and outdated. Navigating through the app is frustrating and not user-friendly at all. A financial app should prioritize both user experience and security, and unfortunately, Oneload fails on both fronts. I think they need Sr UX researcher.

pathetic app. useless from all angels. can't load any balance, no promotional offers. unable to understand why Any one need this app

I am giving one star just because I tried some packages a lot but nothing happened I want to say that sometimes the app is not working properly.
