I had to uninstall the previous version. I too, like Heather S thought it didn't update at first. So make sure you're not using the old icon saved to your home page. Otherwise, it's a beautiful upgrade and super user friendly! I have been a customer for many years and really appreciate the kindness and excellence customer service I have always received at this bank, at many branches!! I have never had a bad experience in Zimmerman, all Elk River locations and in Otsego. So thank you!

The app is slow. If a verification code by text is required, often the text is not received and numerous "resend code(s)" are required before a text is received. You cannot do a "one time" edit on bill pay. You cannot download monthly statements from the app or the website. Compared to the "old" app, this is a piece of junk!

100% hate the updated app. Dashboard screen setup is terrible. No running total unless you go into another area. I want running total, pending, and available funds both with and without bounce protection on the dashboard not go looking for it. Plus unlike all my other cards no easy way to unlock and lock the card from the dashboard screen. Love the Bank but hate the app.
