Ratings and reviews

This app doesn't let me do anything! The only option I get is "Employee Benefits". When I click it, I'm taken to a page to "Begin A Claim" or look for forms. I have no access to my policies or digital ID cards. Update - After receiving customer service assistance, I was able to link my account to the app. I changed my rating but still feel that the app isn't as modern or user friendly as other apps. Thank you.

Has raised my rates 22% each of the last three years. Added my daughter to the policy and the rate tripled. Had accident that was not my fault, but other agents told me that they were showing me as at fault. Canceled the policy one month early and they tell me that I still owe them $137.24. Not the best rates anymore. I would not recommend them to anyone. Shop around. There are cheaper rates.

*I've already called and was told it would sync up eventually.* Going on two months. Inaccurate and Doesn't Do Much. Any actual interaction sends you to the website. This app also must be pulling the limited information from a different database, as the information is not accurate nor in sync with your current policy information.
