Ratings and reviews

I have opted for timesprime power subscription and applied a coupon of 600. The transaction got failed initially and retried at the same place and got succeeded. Unfortunately application switched the subscription to super and activated that. I wrote mail to time prime support with different level of explanations(more than 5 mail are exchanged). The only response i got was we cannot help you. Even requested to call me. Just want to understand are you sending same reply to all queries.

Waste of money. WASTE OF MONEY, WASTE OF MONEY DON'T BUY, Unnecessary stress #Coupons doesn't work #not varity of coupons #they cancel few offers that they advertised before membership subscription. e.g. healthify me cancelled before I could use within allowed timeframe. customer care didn't provide appropriate response. #most of the coupons are useless or promotional #almost all coupons you have engage payment methods before you could use it.

Waste app. Although it was good before. Now they just show lucrative offers to lure customers, after you pay for the subscription, they will give conditional coupon codes which in most cases are useless. Customer support is very bad. Even after raising tickets, no response from timesprime team.
