Alas! 1 star is the minimum I can give. Wish I had even lower options! Extremely hard to get in touch. Customer service team disconnects repeatedly, extremely hard to get in touch to get an answer of general basic queries. Can hardly imagine how the medical emergency assistance might be!!! App is also in perfect sync with the above experience.

The app is poorly designed and many options don't work like Health Card and Hospital List. I tried calling their helpline for the same & they said to call after 30mins as they are facing some technical issues. Also, the toll free numbers mentioned in the app don't work as well. I have to dial a chargeable number to get through. Overall bad experience and disappointed.

Its a pretty bad app. Most of the functions give random error codes on pressing submit buttons. They have just created an app to say to customers-" look, we have an app. You will be able to do everything online". Same goes for their website and customer care. You won't be able to reach out to an service agent or get a resolution. Your call will just keep getting disconnected. Worst TPA to choose for your health insurance policy
