Samsung S9+ — will not scroll past the "T" s section - two circles keep spinning and the screen keeps jumping up /down.

I can not scroll since the latest update. It glitches & the app has to be force stopped so it doesn't keep running.

It worked great before the last update! This sucks!! So not download
