I was able to purchase 2 things via the app, so there's that. But all the other things are just bad. I tried to change the push notifications settings because there's just too much. So I went to the settings, then push notifs and privacy, but it keeps telling me that I changed my password and that I have to check my email. So I went to the browser / pc version of the site, and there, there's an option. Sometimes I'd check my cart, and there's an error most of the time.

The Uniqlo app is good for browsing and notifications, but I didn't have the best experience with my online purchase. My altered pants arrived at least half an inch too long, and I saw the alteration form indicate same person had handled both alteration and inspection, compromising quality. The return policy is weak, making customers pay for shipment even if it's not their fault. Better to shop in-store. The app is useful mainly for getting coupons when you register.

pretty responsive and intuitive app. only problem is there's no kind of loading UI when searching terms leaving user guessing whether it's just taking time requesting to its backend or user might have already disconnected
