What a waste of time. The app constantly fails with errors like "no internet connection" or "something went wrong" when trying to validate identity. After many attempts it was impossible to register my passport picture. I had to do the whole process again in the computers they have at the airport to finish my declaration. The delay sent me back the the end of the immigration line, so be careful if you plan to rely on this app.

One of the worst applications I have ever dealt with. Entering your information is like trying to carve it on a rock with your finger nails; it doesn't take it. When it does take your information, then it is invalid. I travel there for business and have already registered an account, but still have issues as it does not recognize my login credentials when I try to login for new trips. Plainly said, it is horrible as if a second grader created it.

This is the worst app ever. It is a major pain in the neck. If I can give negative 5 star rating I will. Not an easy app to enter your travel documents; faulty scanning of passport. Airline employees have to use their own login so they can assist passengers who are at their wits end entering the required information. The worst part is you can't enter or leave the Philippines without it if you carry a Philippines passport.
