Edit (2023-11-23): Tried the solution of the devs' comment on my review. It didn't work so I sent an email to the support team. Works well. I love that the govt is now investing money on something useful! As a developer I appreciate the effort the devs put into this app to make it possible. Keep it going! One thing. I can't seem to retake my photo. It says it needs storage permissions but I already allowed all permissions in the app's settings. Restarted it and the same thing happens.

I recently downloaded this app. A day or two later, I tried to login again and I already can't access the application. Via fingerprint error message is, "unable to process request. Please try again later". Then if I try to login via pin error message is, "the username field is required". Please fix asap. Or at least notify in app if there's a maintenance ongoing or something.

I like the app... There are still unaccessible services but I think the dev team is working it out... The problem lately is that it won't open... I've been trying to access my egov app since last night but all I that appears is a prompt message saying, "We cannot process your request. Please try again later." ... I think this needs to be fixed...
