Good bank. I like the free and fast transfer. But I have few things I would like your team to improve on. The Splash screen takes forever to load. Secondly, I don't like your credit or debit alert, it doesn't show if it is credit or debit. Also I don't like the idea of you removing fail transaction from the history on the app. Finally, generating bank statements shouldn't b conditional, I can't generate statement for my joint account. I was told it has to be upto 30 days before I can generate.

Please, be informed that an account statement can be generated at any time via the app. However, if no transaction has been done, there will be no information generated. Please VFD, the splashscreen takes a lot of time to open, and the loading interface is really slow and uncreative. Also, balance can not be hidden Please look into this and solve this issue. The transfer speed is okay by me Please do well to upgrade your interface. I would love to continue using your app, and I'm sure others will if you improve.

The app is good but certain bugs need to be taken care of. 1. The app's timeout is very annoying. Any little distraction, you have to restart the whole process. It's bad. 2. Please make available the option to either use the selfie or rear/main camera to capture image. One might have a bad selfie camera and that makes the whole process tiresome, worrisome and almost impossible.
