I've been here sine HBO Go.. all apps have their ups and downs. I'm fine with it.. I've always had trouble with sound/audio.. music or certain action scenes on any movie on this app become really loud out of nowhere, and then talking or whatever scenes, become extremely low.. it's not fun to play volume control while watching a movie.. is this fixable or am I the only one experiencing this??

I'm having om going issues with the Max app. It often won't let me view the last 5 to 10 minutes of episodes and won't let me rewatch episodes I've previously viewed. This issue has been going on for over a year. I've reported it before and tried all of their trouble shooting suggestions and nothing works. I'll be canceling my subscription if these issues aren't resolved soon.

Please explain to me why I'm paying over 20 a month for ad free, yet still regularly getting ads? Being able to skip them doesn't get rid of the fact that there are ads. I pay money for an ad free experience so I dont have to worry about interruptions but when I have to pick up my remote every few episodes to skip an ad even though I'm paying for ad free is outrageous.
