I've never seen an exchanger in my life that charges a $25 fee for a problem solution. I've never seen such an exchanger in my 5-year career in crypto. the app works, but is complex. however, the company closed my account after holding on to my money for 3 months and try to keep my funds (it was a large amount). do not trust them, another shady crypto exchange. Go for the trusted one of you need the services of a crypto platform.
