I'm deleting this app because it don't work. I contacted support and they suggested leaving the app open for an extended period of time to see if that would correct the issue. It still don't work. Decrypting messages and waiting for network. It's been like this for at least 6-8 weeks. I'm going back to KIK and that app sucks now too. I guess I should take this as a sign to quit hiding messages. Edit.....I've tried rebooting the phone, force stop on app, check for updates, leaving app open. 👎👎

I've been using this app for years. I have my whole family using it. Some changes that have been made haven't been great. GIFs are STILL gone. And I can't customize the notification tone for the app. I used to be able to customize the notification tone per USER. Now I get the same tone as every other general app. So I get messages and don't realize it's a message. That needs to change.

Nice app but it takes forever sometimes to open a video or a picture when I try to make a video it tells me it's too big must be under 25 MB to send I tried to edit it you can't I take smaller videos they still won't send all my phone settings are correct but it won't let it go it worked fine a month ago then you did an update now it don't work please fix
