When u try to return item, the app shows an error message 'Unexpected error occurred, please try later' This has happened repeatedly, so next option is customer care chat. when you start the chat 10+ minutes wait to get an agent, When you finally get through, the agent's responses are painfully slow, taking about 2 to 3 minutes for each reply. The typical conversation drags on for 30 to 45 minutes, at the end they will reply 'Sorry we facing technical problems pls try after 72 hours.👎👎👎

Worst app ever.. I have requested a return two times on 1 july 2024. It is now 11 July still no pick up. lk the return policy and did the return on the date of delivery only but as of now also the return isn't taken away... Now they will say that the return policy has expired and you have to keep the order. Very bad app. It was my first and last order

I am not getting why the hell my cart is showing error since last two days I have been trying to refresh it several times but it still shows some kind of error and when I am trying to add something to card it again show some kind of error I will never going to buy anything from your app nor I will recommend it to anyone else either they will make your payment return difficult or when you get your cash back as zcash then once you try to buy something they will show you some kind of error 😕😡😡
